Chef Rui Paula pairs the dish with Ceveja Topázio

As night fell on Thursday, October 26th, the Matobra showroom in Coimbra was the stage for a demonstration led by the Unavoidable Chef Rui Paula.

At the helm of the kitchen, in an initiative by the appliance brand Haier, Chef Rui Paula prepared a tasting of crayfish with quinoa (among other ingredients), pairing the piece with Topázio beer, representing the flavors and brewing tradition of our city.

Tastes cannot be discussed and, in truth, we are extremely happy when the tastes of great chefs cross paths with our home.

We applaud this initiative and the way we were received at Matobra’s facilities. A huge beer congratulations to those involved.
